Pride Industrial LLC is a fast-growing supplier of high-quality cabinet hardware serving cabinet manufacturers, distributors, showrooms and woodworking professionals. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
The Outside Sales Representative must have knowledge and experience in Cabinet Hardware and will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers within the assigned territory. This role requires regular travel to customer locations, product presentations, and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
Territory to cover : Kansas , Missouri , Iowa
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts within cabinet shops, distributors, kitchen manufacturers, and woodworking businesses
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate cabinet hardware solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment
- Track sales activities and opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within a related industry
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight
- Strong ability to build relationships and generate new business
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Experience
- Cabinet hardware, kitchen cabinet industry, woodworking materials sales experience
- Existing relationships with cabinet shops or distributors
Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
