About the Role
As a Marketing Associate, you will play an essential role in driving attendance and engagement for our industry-leading B2B events. You will help develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, craft compelling messaging, and identify strategies to attract senior-level industry professionals to our conferences and forums. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and career-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills and a passion for creating marketing programs that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing (HubSpot): Create, send, and track targeted marketing emails to drive engagement and attendance.
- Copywriting: Write compelling marketing emails, social media posts, press releases, and partner content.
- Media & Advertising Partnerships: Prospect, manage, and nurture partnerships to promote events; establish and maintain strong B2B and B2C relationships.
- Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to your event portfolio.
- Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing ads, print materials, website assets, and social media collateral using Adobe Photoshop.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry and marketing trends to optimize strategies and ensure campaign success.
Software Skills Required
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Adobe Photoshop or Canva (familiarity sufficient; not required to be an expert)

Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s Degree required

- Full-time salaried position ($55,000 – $60,000 per year)
