Position Title: Marketing Graphic Designer
Location: Merrifield, VA (Hybrid work model)
Position Status: Contract (6 months with posibilities for extension)
Pay Rate: Based on Experience
Position Description:
Seeking a creative Marketing Graphic Designer to support a Brand Strategy team by designing high-quality digital assets including email campaigns, marketing collateral, and brand visuals. This role involves end-to-end design from concept to execution, working in a fast-paced, templated environment while ensuring brand consistency and strong user experience.
Responsibilities:
Design email templates, web graphics, and social media assets; create brand-aligned marketing materials; work within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and templated systems; apply HTML/CSS for email design and responsiveness; collaborate with stakeholders on creative direction; manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; stay updated on design trends and digital best practices.
Required Skills/Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 1–5 years in graphic/digital/marketing design; strong Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); experience in email design and campaigns; working knowledge of HTML/CSS; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms; ability to work within templates and brand guidelines; strong communication and time management; portfolio showcasing digital/email design.
