Oscar de la Renta seeks a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Madison Avenue Boutique.
Overview
The full-time Sales Coordinator will support the team with sales, appointment preparation, execution, and after sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with management, sales team and operations team to understand daily business needs
- Support with incoming call volume and direct callers to correct point of contact
- Assist with maintaining sales floor and back of house to luxury standards
- Assist with packing client purchases for shipping or local messengering
- Support as and when needed with client appointments
General requirements:
- Prior experience in luxury apparel a plus with knowledge of retail operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written with elevated verbiage to clients and internal corporate peers.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask with an exemplary attention to detail
- Willingness to support teams cross functionally, working outside general guidelines of the position
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Strong computer skills- Excel, Word
