Client Support Specialist (Customer Service & Onboarding) – Onsite
Location: Port St. Lucie, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation: Base Pay AND Performance Bonuses
Weekly pay ranges from $700–$1,000 based on hourly pay plus performance bonuses.

Job Summary
Apex Media Solutions is expanding! We are hiring a select group of Client Support Specialists (Customer Service & Onboarding) to join our team.
This role focuses on client experience, onboarding, and account coordination. You won’t be cold calling—instead, you’ll work directly with new and existing clients, helping them get set up, maintaining their accounts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You are the main point of contact for clients, responsible for keeping accounts organized, handling immediate needs, and making sure every client feels supported and taken care of.

Job Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through setup and collect all necessary information
- Account Maintenance: Ensure billing details are accurate and accounts remain in good standing
- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, questions, and immediate client needs
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and internal follow-ups
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed, organized notes on all client interactions
- Client Experience: Act as the main point of contact for a smooth, professional experience
- Light Sales Awareness: Identify opportunities to support account growth when appropriate
