We hold a 4.9-star Google rating with 200+ verified reviews, manufacture our own metal roofing in-house through our sister company Alliance Sheet Metal & Fabrication, and are actively expanding across St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, and Palm Beach Counties. We are building something serious and we need a talented, self-motivated content creator to tell our story — everywhere, every day.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Shoot and edit video on job sites — drone footage, time-lapse installs, before/after Reels and TikToks
- Photograph every completed project for social media, website, and Google Business Profile
- Post consistently on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor — minimum 20 posts per month across all platforms
- Operate a drone for aerial job site footage and neighborhood content
- Plan, run, and optimize paid Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Post weekly updates to our Google Business Profile
- Design flyers, event graphics, brochures, and digital ad creatives (Canva or Adobe)
- Track and report analytics monthly — followers, reach, engagement, leads generated
- Attend home shows, farmers markets, and community events to capture live content
- Collect Google reviews and Nextdoor recommendations from customers at every completed job
REQUIREMENTS — MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of social media management experience with proven account growth
- Strong video shooting and editing skills — CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Having your own equipment is preferred.
- Drone operation experience — FAA Part 107 license strongly preferred
- Experience creating and growing short-form video content on Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Graphic design skills — Canva or Adobe for flyers, ads, and event materials
- Experience running Facebook and Instagram paid ad campaigns
- Self-starter who does not need to be reminded to post — you own the calendar, the content, and the results
- Comfortable working on active construction job sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
BIG PLUS — PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience creating content for a roofing, civil, or home improvement company
- YouTube channel management — long-form project walkthroughs, SEO optimization
- Experience growing a trades or contractor social media account from scratch
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile management and local SEO
