Corporate Investor Relations Associate – Key Responsibilities

Support quarterly earnings process
- Assist in preparation of earnings materials including press releases, earnings call scripts, presentations, and Q&A preparation.
Maintain investor communication materials
- Update and maintain investor presentations, fact sheets, and investor website content.
Financial analysis and modeling
- Analyze company financial results, KPIs, and operating trends to support messaging to investors and analysts.
Peer and industry monitoring
- Track competitor performance, earnings releases, valuation multiples, and industry developments to provide comparative insights.
Sell-side and investor research monitoring
- Track analyst estimates, rating changes, and research reports; summarize key themes and sentiment.
Investor targeting and shareholder analysis
- Maintain shareholder database and analyze ownership trends using tools such as FactSet, Bloomberg, or Nasdaq IR Insight.
Meeting and event coordination
- Coordinate logistics and materials for investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, and earnings calls.
Prepare briefing materials
- Create background materials for management ahead of investor meetings including investor profiles and key talking points.
Assist with investor inquiries
- Help respond to routine investor and analyst questions, ensuring consistent messaging.
Internal collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, legal, and communications teams to gather information and ensure disclosure consistency.
Disclosure and compliance support
- Assist in maintaining compliance with SEC disclosure requirements and Regulation FD.
Earnings and market analysis
- Monitor stock performance, trading activity, and investor feedback following earnings announcements.
Investor sentiment tracking
- Compile feedback from investors and analysts and summarize key themes for senior management.
Database and reporting management
- Maintain IR contact lists, meeting logs, and investor engagement tracking.
