FDE1 is an entry‑level forward‑deployed role focused on building foundational technical skills and gaining exposure to customer and AWS engagements. This role supports senior FDEs and grows into FDE2/FDE3 capability.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building POCs, demos, and technical experiments
- Support senior FDEs in customer and AWS discussions
- Develop technical depth in selected areas of the stack
Expertise You'll Bring:
Technical Requirements
- Solid fundamentals in cloud, data, or application development
- Experience in at least one programming language (Java acceptable)
- Exposure to AWS and distributed systems concepts
- Willingness to grow into systems‑level and performance‑focused engineering
- Must be comfortable with vibe development
- Expert in Agentic Engineering , Prompt development, Advanced guardrails management, COT logging and observability
Thought Leadership
- No publication requirements
- Interest in open source or technical communities is encouraged
Communication
- Able to clearly explain technical designs and trade‑offs.
- Comfortable participating in customer discussions with guidance
