The Role: Restoration Sales Producer
As an Advanced Sales Representative, you will manage your own territory, conduct inspections, close restoration projects, and drive significant revenue growth. You’ll leverage our proven systems, brand reputation, and operational support to maximize your earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Run self-generated and company-provided leads
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections
- Navigate insurance restoration claims with homeowners
- Close high-value roofing and exterior projects
- Manage your pipeline from inspection to contract
What You Bring
- Proven roofing or exterior sales experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of $500K–$1M+ annual production (preferred)
- Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills
- Confidence working independently in the field
- Leadership mindset and promotion readiness
