About Position:
Role: Vice President – Consulting & Strategic Growth

Summary
Reporting directly to the ELT , this role will spearhead strategic growth initiatives across Persistent Systems by identifying market opportunities, building necessary capabilities, and driving collaborative execution. This role will lead dedicated Pre-sales and Domain teams for various verticals, as well as a team focused on Persistent Marketplace development, leveraging solutions from startup partnerships and other vertical/horizontal partners. The leader will also utilize a broader pool of matrixed resources from business verticals to align with company goals. The leader will focus on consulting and domain excellence, innovation through partnerships, AI asset monetization, and space to deliver transformative, high-value outcomes in key sectors such as Hi-Tech, BFSI and Healthcare.
What You'll Do:
- Consulting, Advisory, and Domain Center of Excellence
- C-Level Engagement: Foster AI-first, business value-driven discussions with senior client leadership to build trusted advisory relationships.
- Transformational Deal Leadership: Drive multi-tower, large-scale deals by aligning domain expertise with client needs and market expectations.
- Capability Development: Mentor vertical and horizontal teams to enhance offerings, talent, and capabilities, ensuring alignment with market trends and client demands.
- Domain Leadership: Build and nurture a Center of Excellence (CoE) to develop domain and capability leaders who can deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
- Innovation Through Startup Partnerships and Monetization
- Startup Partnership Leadership: Manage Persistent Systems’ startup partnerships to identify, evaluate, and collaborate with high-potential startups.

- AI Asset Monetization

- Workflow Redesign and GTM Development: Collaborate with domain consultants and vertical leaders to redesign workflows, create compelling GTM assets, and develop value stories that drive AI monetization.

- Dedicated Teams:
- Pre-sales and Domain Teams: Lead dedicated Pre-sales and Domain teams for various verticals, focusing on strategic growth, AI monetization, and client engagement.
- Matrixed Resources: Collaborate with domain consultants and leaders within BFSI and Healthcare verticals in a matrix structure. Domain consultants will remain embedded in their respective verticals but align with the leaders initiatives through matrixed reporting to ensure seamless execution of AI-driven workflows, GTM assets, and value stories.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with vertical leaders to integrate domain expertise into broader strategic initiatives, ensuring cohesive execution across the organization.
- Impact Measurement
- Overall Company ACV and TCV Pipeline Generation: Drive the generation of Annual Contract Value (ACV) and Total Contract Value (TCV) pipelines across all verticals, aligning with strategic growth objectives.
- Proactive Large Deal Incubation: Lead the identification and incubation of large-scale, high-value deals, proactively shaping opportunities to align with market trends and client needs.
- Overall ACV and TCV Booking Goal Achievement: Ensure achievement of company-wide ACV and TCV booking targets through effective leadership of strategic initiatives and deal execution.
- Large Deal Wins (Proactive and Reactive Pipeline): Secure large deal wins from both proactive and reactive pipelines, leveraging AI-driven solutions, domain expertise, and joint venture partnerships, including:
- Multi-Tower Deal Revenue: Achieve incremental revenue targets through transformational, multi-tower deals by leveraging AI-driven solutions and domain expertise to secure high-value contracts.
- Innovation Monetization: Track revenue contributions from startup partnerships and integrated innovations, including those commercialized through the Persistent Marketplace, ensuring alignment with overall business growth objectives.
