Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for leading and managing all local HR functions in the United States, partnering closely with leadership to support business growth and operational objectives. This role serves as a strategic and hands-on partner, ensuring compliance with employment laws, effective talent management, competitive compensation and benefits practices, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, ensuring alignment with company and Corporate HR strategies.
- Develop, implement, and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Design and implement training and development initiatives to support employee growth and regulatory compliance.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, bonus plans, and health and welfare benefits.
- Partner with leadership on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations matters.
- Lead investigations and resolve employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Develop and execute employee engagement, retention, and DEI initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including insurance brokers, payroll providers, and legal counsel.
- Oversee HR administrative processes, including payroll coordination and expense approvals.
- Manage policies and administration related to the company’s leased vehicle fleet.
- Implement and manage Eurofarma’s quarterly Sales Representative bonus plan and annual Headquarters bonus plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (federal and New Jersey).
- Experience with compensation structures, benefits administration, and performance management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HR systems, HRIS platforms, and HR analytics.
- Fluency in Spanish required; English proficiency required.
