Our location is the largest in the tri-state area, servicing both trade professionals and design conscious consumers. Our curated product selection consists of decorative lighting, accent furniture, unique wall art & mirrors and designer home accessories, all showcased in our 20,000 sq ft showroom.

We are seeking a dynamic and personable candidate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interior design and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them select the perfect lighting and home decor, while driving sales and fostering long term relationships.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Support & Sell to Retail Clients and Interior Designers, developing an in-depth knowledge of lighting & home decor products.
Be efficient in the sales process, with strong negotiation skills to close orders.
Maintain a strong knowledge of current lighting & home furnishing trends and products.
Build clientele and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Focus on outreach such as emails and social media to attract opportunities outside the showroom.
Manage sales documentation, including quotes, orders and follow-up communications.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, with the potential of multiple clients at the same time.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team player keeping the showroom in pristine condition.
Computer skills for managing sales records and product information.
Passion & excitement for interior design and making your clients house into a home.
Sales experience is a plus+ (But we provide training for you - if new to the field)
Working weekends
