The Role
We are seeking a motivated, personable Trade Finance Analyst & Client Relationship Manager to join our New York City team. This role blends relationship management with financial analysis β you will be the face of the company to a growing client portfolio while also bringing real analytical firepower to the work. Think of it as a Relationship Manager role with a front-office, business development edge and a solid analytical foundation. You will work directly with the President of the U.S. subsidiary to identify and grow new opportunities across the U.S. and Latin America.

π What Youβll Be Doing:
πΉ Cold call prospective clients daily to qualify opportunities and schedule meetings or video calls
πΉ Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for your client portfolio
πΉ Conduct client meetings, video calls, and presentations
πΉ Manage ongoing client communication, proactive, responsive, and consistently professional
πΉ Build and grow your own book of business through outreach, relationship nurturing, and referrals
πΉ Review and analyze financial statements, credit profiles, and financial ratios to support deal evaluation
πΉ Prepare clear, well-written client-facing documents, credit summaries, and internal reports
πΉ Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Domestic travel required
πΉ Represent the company with professionalism and confidence.
πΉ Assist with client onboarding and prepare compliance documentation
πΉ Support trade finance deal structuring and execution in collaboration with the President
πΉ Conduct market research and contribute to business development strategy
Who Weβre Looking For:

College Degree and / or equivalent experience in trade finance, banking, or financial services
β
Working knowledge of financial statements, credit analysis, and financial ratios
β
Strong analytical skills. Able to assess risk and draw sound conclusions from financial data
β
Excellent written communication skills: clear, concise, and professional
β
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills: articulate and confident in any setting
β
Comfortable making cold calls: persistent, enthusiastic, and resilient
β
Natural relationship-builder who enjoys managing ongoing client interactions
β
Confident conducting meetings and delivering presentations: in person and on video
β
Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously

Comfortable working in a small, close-knit office environment
β
Thrives in an entrepreneurial setting: self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable

Willing and able to travel domestically
β
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. β we are not able to sponsor visa applications

English proficiency required. Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential.
