Graphic Design & Social Media Intern
Design & Collateral (Primary Focus)
- Create leasing flyers and brochures
- Format pitch decks and broker opinion of value (BOV) presentations
- Clean up, label, and enhance floor plans and site plans
- Design offering memorandums and marketing packages
- Build and maintain branded templates
- Ensure visual consistency across all materials
Social Media Support (Execution-Based)
- Design social media graphics and carousel posts
- Turn deal announcements into polished, on-brand posts
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across platforms
- Schedule posts and organize the content calendar
- Repurpose existing materials into digital content
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Canva and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Excellent typography and layout instincts
- Clean, modern, design-forward aesthetic
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable executing within established brand guidelines
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience managing LinkedIn content
- Interest in commercial real estate, retail, or urban development
- Familiarity with luxury or architectural branding
Commitment
- 10–20 hours per week
- Hybrid schedule; in-office preferred (Dallas)
