- Develop clear, customer-centric messaging and value propositions for each product and feature
- Ensure internal teams (sales, support, success) are equipped with the right tools and training for product rollouts
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine messaging and inform future development
- Monitor product adoption and campaign performance, and optimize go-to-market strategies accordingly
What You Bring:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or a related business field
- Proven track record of managing successful product launches
- Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for translating technical concepts into compelling benefits
- Product Collaboration: You’ve partnered closely with Product Managers to influence roadmaps and drive adoption.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience creating product demo videos or working with creative teams on multimedia content
- Rollout Mastery: You’ve managed end-to-end product launches and know how to create excitement internally and externally.
- Strong Communicator: You can distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
