POSITION
Roc360 is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events & Strategic Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of proprietary events, conferences, sponsorships, and client engagement initiatives. This individual will play an important role in elevating Roc360’s market presence while delivering exceptional experiences for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Roc360-hosted conferences, sponsorship activations, webinars, networking events, and internal employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics including timelines, registrations, vendor communication, travel arrangements, and on-site support.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Teams to support client engagement initiatives.
- Assist with development of presentations, agendas, invitations, post-event recaps, and marketing collateral.
- Track event performance metrics, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting.
- Manage invoices, vendor coordination, sponsorship materials, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with venues, agencies, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across all event-related communications.
- Contribute ideas for innovative client experiences and process improvements.
- Support broader marketing initiatives and strategic projects as needed.
- Requires travel and off-hours event execution, including higher volume during busy seasons
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in event management, marketing, communications, and client engagement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or other creative design platforms is a plus.
- Experience managing marketing initiatives and creative assets across multiple brands is a plus.
- Experience in financial services, real estate, lending, fintech, or related industries is a plus.
