Experience
- Proven experience in outside Window & Door sales , with a strong track record in B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships is essential; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively engage clients at all levels.
- Background in technology sales or technical sales is a plus, along with experience in account management or territory management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans for territory growth.
