Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Davenport, FL. The Sales Manager will focus on achieving revenue goals, manage customer relationships, and identify opportunities for new customers in the designated market. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a focus on quality & operational excellence. They will also work closely with the plants to align business objectives and sales goals effectively.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
1 year of sales experience in aggregates or a similar heavy industry
Ability to identify growth opportunities & build relationships with customers
Solid computer skills along with data analysis and sales forecasting
Knowledge of the aggregates or construction materials industry is preferred
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
