Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Sales-Assisted PLG ”Growth Advisor”
Location: Lakeland, FL (In-Person)
Hours: ~ 45+hrs/week (Between the hours of 8–5 M-F)
Comp: Base $55,000 + Uncapped Commission ($100k OTE)

💼 What You’ll Actually Do Here
Own the Sales-Assisted PLG Motion
Work directly with inbound leads, trial users, and engaged prospects to help them understand how REHQ solves their specific pain (prospecting, data, pipeline).
Drive Demo Pipeline (Inbound + Outbound)
- Work warm leads from webinars, trials, Social Media engagement, and lead magnets
- Hunt when needed - LinkedIn, calls, email, DM’s
- Turn interest into booked + showed demos
Guide Trial Users to Paid Customers
- Engage trial users quickly after signup
- Help them “get wins” inside the product
- Move them from curious → confident → paid
Live in HubSpot (And Keep It CLEAN)
- Manage lists, leads, pipelines, and activity tracking
- Maintain clean data, notes, and follow-ups
- Build and organize outreach workflows + sequences
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Own List Quality & Organization
- Build, clean, and maintain high-quality prospect lists
- Segment leads intelligently for better outreach
- Take full ownership of CRM hygiene and data integrity
Relentless Follow-Up
- Call, text, email, LinkedIn - whatever it takes
- Stay consistent and intentional until you get a clear outcome
Be the Bridge Between Product + Revenue
- Surface insights from prospects and users
- Help us refine messaging, onboarding, and GTM systems

Sales-Assisted Thinker (Not Just a Dialer)
You understand that this isn’t just cold outreach - it’s helping users realize value and guiding them to outcomes.
HubSpot Power User (Or Ready to Become One Fast)
You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing pipelines, lists, and reporting.
Detail Obsessed
Clean CRM. Clean notes. Clean follow-ups. No missed opportunities.
Scrappy & Hungry
You go after inbound leads aggressively - and you’re not afraid to go outbound when needed.
Strong Communicator
You can talk to Commercial Real Estate brokers and investors and quickly understand their world.
Technically Capable
Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and learning new tools quickly.
Process-Oriented & Organized
You know how to manage volume without dropping balls.
💵 Pay & Performance
- Base $55,000 + Uncapped Commission ($100k OTE)
- Commission on Assisted Trial Conversions, Demos that Close
- Clear path to Account Executive Role ($150k - $250k+)
