IT & Digital Marketing Manager
Ridi Stores – Corporate Office (Sylvania, OH)
Ridi Stores is a growing company operating convenience stores, fuel stations, and car washes across Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. We are looking for an IT & Digital Marketing Manager to support our technology systems across multiple locations while also assisting with digital marketing and online presence.
This role is primarily focused on IT support and technology management, with additional responsibilities assisting with websites, marketing, and digital promotions.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Technology
- Provide technical support for store and office technology including POS systems, internet, printers, and computers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues across multiple locations
- Work with vendors to support POS systems, fuel systems, and store technology
- Assist with installation and setup of new hardware and software
- Help manage company networks, internet connections, and technology upgrades
- Support digital signage, security cameras, and store technology systems
Marketing & Digital Presence
- Assist with company websites and online updates
- Support social media and digital promotions
- Help manage loyalty programs and customer engagement tools
- Assist with marketing materials, store promotions, and branding initiatives
- Monitor online reviews and help maintain the company’s digital presence
Qualifications
- Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting business technology systems
- Familiarity with networking, computers, POS systems, or retail technology
- Basic experience with websites, digital marketing, or social media is a plus
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with store managers and vendors

- This is a Monday–Friday, normal office hours position. Are you willing to respond and help resolve occasional issues that may come up after hours or on weekends?
Experience:
- IT: 3 years (Required)
