Hybrid: (3 days per week in office)
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (or relevant job experience).
- 1-3 years of Financial Services Experience, ideally with Operations Tax experience.
- 1-3 years of experience validating IRS Tax Forms W9/W8 series.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills for interpreting tax rules and logic
- Atrong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills; inclusive of sound judgement.
- Highly adaptable and capable of balancing multiple deliverables at once.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Innovative mind set and experience with GenAI (e.g. CoPilot) and other user-led automation tools (e.g. Alteryx, PowerBI) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the execution of the Tax Operations Quality Assurance Testing Process.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and projects, including automation of OTC processes.
- Contribute to reviewing and enhancing controls to further mature Tax Compliance.
