Key Responsibilities
- Execute M&A, strategic advisory, and financing transactions end‑to‑end
- Build and review detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, comps)
- Prepare pitch books, board materials, CIMs, and management presentations
- Conduct in‑depth industry, company, and valuation analyses
- Coordinate with internal deal teams and client stakeholders
- Manage analysts (Associate level) and drive work streams independently
