All Star Roofing & Exterior is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with homeowners, and helping customers find the best roofing and exterior solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
As a Sales Representative, you will meet with prospective clients, conduct property assessments, explain our services, and guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion. Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and company-provided leads
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections for homeowners, especially following storm events or potential damage
- Educate customers on roofing systems, exterior products, and available repair or replacement solutions
- Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals to prospective clients
- Guide homeowners through the entire sales process from initial consultation to signed contract
- Assist customers with the insurance claims process when applicable, helping them understand coverage and next steps
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and generate referrals
- Maintain organized records of leads, appointments, and sales activity within the company CRM system
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on schedule
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the company’s overall growth
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with homeowners
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods to generate leads
- Ability to explain products and services clearly and confidently to customers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and appointments
- Basic technology skills for using CRM systems, smartphones, and tablets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Not afraid of heights
- Ability to climb ladders and perform basic roof inspections
- Must be goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, or home improvement sales
- Knowledge of insurance restoration or storm damage claims
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Pay: $100,000.00 - $356,000.00 per year
