Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their team. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative product development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Software Development Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA - Remote
Pay Range: $68.62 - $70.hr on Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/401k)

What's the Job?
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails.
- Develop and enhance front-end features utilizing React and TypeScript.
- Write efficient SQL queries for MySQL databases to support application needs.
- Debug, optimize, and deploy code rapidly while ensuring high quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define technical solutions.
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of experience in software development roles.
- 5+ years experience as a lead software developer or co-founder of a development studio/agency.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and backend web development (Node.js, Golang, or Ruby on Rails).
- Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
