We are seeking motivated, outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to take advantage of a structured system designed to generate consistent results and high income potential.
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-based role with a tiered earning structure designed to reward performance and consistency:
- Tier 1: 30% of gross commission
- Example: $10,000 job = approximately $900 earned
- Tier 2: After closing 3 deals, accelerated earning potential
- Opportunity to scale toward $400K+ annual earnings
- Tier 3: Up to 40% of gross commission
This structure is designed to significantly reward top performers as they build momentum and consistency.
Training & Support
- Initial 1–2 week ramp-up period to learn products, process, and sales approach
- Ongoing support from experienced leadership
- Proven systems, scripts, and strategies to help you succeed quickly
Sales Resources Provided
- Door hangers
- Sales presentations
- Marketing flyers
- CRM and tracking tools: Pipedrive (mobile-friendly) and Spotio for field documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Identify qualified homeowners and create meaningful sales conversations
- Set and run in-home appointments
- Present product and service solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM systems
- Maintain consistent activity levels to build and sustain a strong pipeline
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 50 meaningful touches per week
- (Defined as identifying a potential buyer, gauging interest, and establishing follow-up or next steps)
- ~35% conversion from meaningful touch to full appointment
- ~35% conversion from appointment to closed sale
- Sales Benchmarks:
- 1.5 sales/week = average performance
- 2 sales/week = above average
- 3+ sales/week = top performer
