Role Overview
911 EMT Appliance Repair is seeking a Content Specialist with 1–3 years of SEO experience who excels in writing, search intent, and content optimization.
This role is ideal for early-career SEO professionals looking to expand into Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — the next evolution of search. You will create high-volume, FAQ-driven written content designed to position our brand as the trusted answer across platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity AI, and Microsoft Copilot.
This is a content-heavy, writing-focused role where clarity, structure, and consistency are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-volume, FAQ-style written content based on real homeowner questions
- Build and maintain a search-driven question bank using AI tools, Google autocomplete, forums, and customer inquiries
- Write clear, conversational content optimized for SEO and AEO visibility
- Structure content for AI readability, indexing, and answer extraction
- Continuously refine content based on search behavior and query intent
- Conduct AEO testing across AI platforms to evaluate brand visibility
- Track and report on content output, rankings, AI citations, and inbound leads
QualificationsRequired
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, content writing, or digital marketing
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, natural, FAQ-style content at scale
- Understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, and on-page SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with AI-driven search tools and how content is surfaced in answers
- Ability to manage workload independently in a high-output environment
Preferred
- Experience with local SEO or service-based businesses
- Exposure to AEO or structured content strategies
- Portfolio of written content (blogs, FAQs, guides, or similar)
- Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, or optimization
