We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support campaign execution, data analysis, and performance reporting across multiple digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in paid media, CRM systems, and search optimization strategies, including emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Support
- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms (e.g., search, social, display)
- Analyze campaign performance and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Support A/B testing initiatives and budget allocation recommendations
CRM & Social Media Marketing
- Help manage and maintain CRM systems, including, but not limited to list segmentation, email sending, and lead nurture initiatives
- Assist in building and analyzing email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Support customer journey mapping and lifecycle optimization efforts
- Assist in the development of organic social media plans and day-to-day execution
SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Assist with on-page and technical SEO audits
- Support content optimization for both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer platforms
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics
Reporting & Analytics
- Compile regular performance reports across channels
- Translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients
- Maintain dashboards and track KPIs using analytics tools
Qualifications
Required:
- 0-2 years of role-specific experience
- Previous work history (ex. work study and/or part-time employment)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
- Google Analytics certification
- Google Ads certification
Preferred:
- Familiarity with common paid advertising channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Familiarity with common CRMs (ex. HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Experience analyzing data sets and providing insights and recommendations
- Basic understanding of business processes and strategies
