We’re partnering with a high-growth real estate investment platform seeking a high-potential, early-career professional to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a broad, business-facing role with exposure across investments, operations, and strategic initiatives.
This role is intentionally designed for someone who wants to go beyond a traditional accounting or finance path and develop into a well-rounded operator within a fast-scaling platform.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage financial reporting and data to generate insights and support key business decisions
- Partner across accounting, investments, and operations to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with underwriting and evaluation of new investment opportunities
- Analyze financial and operational data to drive efficiency and support strategic initiatives
- Help build, optimize, and scale internal processes as the platform continues to grow
- Partner with leadership on special projects, including operational initiatives and vendor relationships
- Own and execute cross-functional projects across finance, operations, and data
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or a related field (internships included)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business fundamentals
- Genuine interest in real estate investing and business operations
- Analytical, curious mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Interest in data, systems, automation, or improving how businesses operate
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
