We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives that expand our market presence, strengthen our brand, and accelerated revenue growth across residential and business markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of sales and marketing strategies promoting broadband, fiber, internet, VoIP, and IoT solutions.
- Oversee campaign planning, implementation, and analysis — including digital, advertising, and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment focused on growth and performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, customer service, technical) to align messaging and customer experience.
- Manage CRM and lead-tracking processes to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and follow-up.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors on promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Assist with budget planning, expense tracking, and allocation for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally at community events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation.
Experience & Skills:
- 4–7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles with measurable results.
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of telecommunications, broadband, VoIP, and IoT markets and customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Competence in data analysis and performance tracking to optimize strategies.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
