Under the general supervision of the Account Manager, the Key Account Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory data and sales analytics for key customer accounts. This role ensures optimal product availability, supports sales growth, and drives data-informed decision-making through forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and demand patterns for key accounts to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts or overstock.
Accurately and expediently enter and maintain data in shared spreadsheet
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, promotions, and customer insights.
Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align inventory strategies to meet customer needs.
Track receipt of orders and prepare spreadsheets with total purchases for items.
Identify risks and opportunities in inventory flow and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Other product inventory related tasks as needed or assigned.

COMPENSATION: Range of $26.00 - $30.00 based on experience.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree
OR 5 years of experience in a sales support role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support analytics role, customer service, or administrative role.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Retail experience with learned product knowledge is a plus.
