Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to resource for helping clients get the most out of our products/services. Whether it's answering questions, resolving concerns, or guiding them through processes, your mission is to make their experience exceptional.
Property and Casualty license is preferred. Salary will be based on insurance experience.
You will be a great fit if you have 1-3+ years of customer service experience in retail, office, banking, or a related business environment; communicate clearly and listen attentively; manage multiple priorities with ease; and are eager to grow your career in a supportive , team-oriented workplace while transitioning into a more engaging, long-term role.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and attention.
- Educate clients on services and best practices.
- Manage customer accounts, including updates and changes as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate when necessary.
- Handle outbound calling for follow-ups or promotional activities while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance customer support or sales is preferred, but not required.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications effectively.
- Excellent typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Familiarity with office environments and practices is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
