We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated Social Media Specialist, who will be responsible for the support and development of end-to-end marketing campaign execution that is client-centric, data-driven and always evolving. Position is in office full time at our Superior, CO. Salary target is $50k - $65k based on experience and background.

About the Role:
We're looking for a data-driven Social Media Specialist with hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. You’ll be responsible for building, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns that drive measurable business results.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Own campaign setup, audience targeting, creative trafficking, optimization and surfacing recommendations to improve performance.
- Monitor performance and proactively adjust to hit KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR)
- Collaborate closely with client services and strategy teams to align media execution with client goals
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–3 years hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required; TikTok and Snapchat preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and media KPIs
- Experience with complex campaign set ups, including A/B testing, creative experimentation, hyper-local target areas
- Comfortable using platform reporting tools and Google Sheets/Excel for analysis
- Clear communication skills with a mindset toward action and ownership
- Be a quick learner with a will to proactively go beyond the brief
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with third-party media buying or reporting tools, especially those using AI
- Direct-to-consumer or multi-location/local brand experience
- Creative brief writing or light creative direction experience
