SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to play an integral role in marketing communications, sales promotional activities, product launches, digital marketing, market research and internal communication for our company. REPORTING TO: President/CEO
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates the design and development of marketing communications and promotional materials.
- Develops online content to drive brand awareness and increase social media audiences and engagement across all channels.
- Plans and executes trade shows and other customer events.
- Develops and builds impactful go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Administers the company’s Customer Relationship Management software by editing master records and running / distributing reports.
- Prepares marketing reports that interpret market conditions, the competitive landscape, potential sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Aids in coordination of internal communications and meetings.

Knowledge:
- Experience with marketing communication, including digital channels
- Knowledge of project management techniques and experience leading projects
- Knowledge of public relations and communications principles and practices
- Working knowledge of graphic design, publishing, and product literature production
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior marketing experience in a business-to-business environment is required. Oil and gas industry experience is a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or marketing or 5+ years of experience in marketing, product planning, managing and publishing digital content or advertising.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
In compliance with Colorado’s “Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,” the Company provides the following information:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
- Eligible for discretionary holiday bonus
