About the Role
We’re looking for a UX Designer to help shape the user experience of a complex, workflow-driven enterprise SaaS platform, with a growing focus on AI-powered features.
This role will own end-to-end UX design across key product areas — from research and user flows to high-fidelity design — working closely with Product and Engineering to simplify complex workflows and deliver intuitive, scalable experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end UX/UI design for product features and workflows
- Translate complex system behavior into intuitive user experiences
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Improve and streamline multi-step workflows and configurations
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an Agile environment
- Contribute to and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability
- Present design solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
- Design interactions for AI-driven features and intelligent workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of UX/Product Design experience
- Experience designing SaaS or enterprise software applications (REQUIRED)
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience designing workflow-heavy, data-driven applications
- Solid UX foundation (user flows, usability, research, problem-solving)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
AI / Product Experience (Preferred)
- Exposure to AI-driven products (LLMs, automation, predictive workflows)
- Experience designing for human-AI interaction (trust, explainability)
- Familiarity with intelligent systems or agent-based workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization or complex dashboards
- Exposure to design systems and scalable UI frameworks
- Spanish or French language skills
Important Note
- This role focuses on product UX/UI within SaaS applications
- Not a fit for website, marketing, or brand-focused design backgrounds
- Ideal candidates have experience working on live products, dashboards, or internal tools

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
