Position Summary

MAGNA-TILES® is seeking an experienced eCommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! As the #1 Magnetic Building Sets brand in the U.S.(1), we’re experiencing tremendous growth and looking to welcome a new teammate to help us further elevate our game within our DTC ecommerce (dotcom) and digital marketing (email/sms) channels!
As the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day execution of our Shopify Plus storefront and lifecycle marketing efforts (email + SMS via Klaviyo). This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 2–3 years of ecommerce DTC experience who wants to grow into scaling with direct ownership of acquisition, retention and site performance over time. This is an opportunity to work across the full DTC stack and grow into a well-rounded ecommerce leader. In addition, you’ll dive into entrepreneurial, cross-functional activities such as new product launches and shaping our brand presence online.

This position reports directly to our Senior Manager of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, though you’ll work with teammates across the organization to break new ground and set new bars for the biggest name in magnetic building.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Operations (Shopify Plus)
- Execute product uploads, updates, and merchandising within Shopify Plus
- Maintain site content (homepage, collections, landing pages) aligned to campaigns
- QA site updates, promotions, and new feature releases
- Support on-site merchandising and promotional setup (sales, bundles, launches)
- Monitor site performance and flag UX/CRO opportunities
Email & SMS (Klaviyo)
- Build and deploy email/SMS campaigns (flows + one-off sends)
- Assist in segmentation, list management, and audience targeting*
- QA campaigns to ensure accuracy across devices and links
- Support optimization of key flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
- Track and report on campaign performance (revenue, engagement, deliverability)
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Execute against a shared marketing and promotional calendar
- Coordinate assets and timelines with 3rd-party partners and the internal marketing team
- Ensure alignment between site experience and lifecycle campaigns
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and manage key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue from retention channels, etc.)
- Support A/B testing across email/SMS and on-site experiences
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance over time
- Other tasks as assigned

It Would Be Great to Have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in DTC ecommerce (dotcom), familiarity within a CPG organization is a bonus
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms (Shopify Plus a bonus)
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP/SMS platforms
- Understanding of ecommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies
- Knack for building strong relationships internally and externally
- Comfortability working in a small, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability and resourcefulness are key
- Nice-to-have: Experience with review platforms (e.g., Bazaarvoice, Yotpo, Okendo), and experience working with loyalty programs
