Role Description
This is a contract, part-time remote position for a Project Finance and Accounting professional, ideally based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The individual in this role will oversee the financial tracking and accounting for our projects. This includes project budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial reports, monthly invoicing managing budgets, analyzing project costs. This role also involves meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and collaboration with firm Owner to ensure projects remain financially efficient and viable.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and trends effectively
- Experience with budgeting and cost tracking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Proven organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools is a must (Excel, Google sheets)
- Experience in the interior design or construction industry is advantageous but not required
