Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and generating new business opportunities. Additionally, responsibilities include analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the company’s products and services. This role is intended for an industry professional who understands the automotive aftermarket, brake system, or friction material business and can contribute immediately to market development.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Territory Management
- Strong experience in Relationship Management and Client Acquisition
- Knowledge of Market Analysis and Sales Metrics
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the automotive aftermarket, brake system, friction material, or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous
