We’re looking for a true performance marketing operator — someone who lives inside ad platforms and knows how to drive real business results.
This is not a strategy-only role. We want someone who can build, optimize, and scale campaigns directly in-platform.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own execution across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and more
- Build campaigns end-to-end (campaign setup → optimization → scaling)
- Manage budgets, pacing, and performance tied to ROAS, CPA, and revenue
- Test creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies to drive growth
- Analyze performance and make real-time optimizations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years hands-on paid media experience (MUST be executing inside platforms)
- Experience managing campaigns tied to purchases / revenue (not just awareness)
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion optimization
- Experience with eCommerce / DTC / consumer brands (MUST)
