Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Analyst will collaborate with the team to drive data-driven decisions and deliver strategic insights. Responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, and preparing reports to support decision-making. The Analyst will also assist with underwriting, client proposals, and strategy development to ensure successful project execution. Pay Range: $40,000-$60,000/annually

- Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and underwriting.
- Strong skills in market research and analytics.
- Attention to detail and ability to prepare clear, concise reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, financial software, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate financing and/or experience in related fields is preferred.
