Job Summary
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will support day-to-day design needs across email, paid media, social, e-commerce, and marketplace channels—helping bring NAADAM’s visual identity to life in a cohesive and compelling way.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Partner with the email marketing team to design and deliver high-quality, on-brand email assets from concept through final production.
- Ensure all email creative is on-brand, visually compelling, optimized for performance, and delivered accurately and on time
Paid Media
- Create high-performing creative assets for paid media channels (Meta, Google, etc.), including both static and motion-driven formats
E-commerce & AI Optimization
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to execute e-commerce creative, including image production, retouching, and optimization for conversion
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., retouching, image expansion, automation, layout iteration) to enhance creative output, improve efficiency, and scale production
Social Media
- Partner with the social team to design engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram and other social channels
Marketplace (Amazon)
- Design and optimize visual assets for NAADAM’s Amazon storefront, balancing brand consistency with performance-driven best practices
Additional Support
- Support creative execution across portfolio brands, Ivory Ella and Package Free, adapting design work to each brand’s unique voice, audience, and channel strategy
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals, layout, typography, and brand systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience a plus
- Working knowledge of AI tools and a genuine interest in how AI can be used to enhance creative production and efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn, iterate, and grow
Qualifications
- Educational degrees (e.g., Bachelor's in Marketing, MBA)
- 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, and/or beauty e-commerce brands is preferred
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and paid media specs
- Basic motion or video experience (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)

Salary Range: $68,000-$70,000
Salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
