BREWERY SALES REPRESENTATIVE – REGIONAL BREWERY (100K BBL)
Location: Northwest and Central, PA Region - Elk, Erie, Crawford, Cameron, Mercer, Venango, Forrest, Warren, McKean, and Potter Counties.
Reports To: Regional Manager Department: Sales & Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for building and driving brand growth, awareness, trial, and advocacy within the on and off premise channels. Performing regular account sales calls in assigned territory. This role executes growth in distribution, volume, tastings, tap takeovers, events, education, and activations while representing the brewery with credibility, energy, and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Weekly sales call (30+) and monthly activation (4+)
· Contribute to draft handles, menu features, weekly features, displays, tastings, tap takeovers, festivals, and promotions
· Educate staff and consumers on the brewery’s brands and portfolio
· Support key accounts and regional initiatives led by the RBM and RWM
· Capture market insights (pricing, trends, competitive activity)
· Maintain brand standards, POS, and activation materials
· Submit timely/daily activity recaps and expense documentation using KARMA in VIP
MEASURABLE OBJECTIVES
· Execute activations vs. plan (weekly/monthly)
· Drive trial and repeat through staff education and sampling

· Increase visibility in accounts – POS, Beer of Weeks, Beer of Months, Promotions to create trial and brand “fun”
· Increase velocity off shelf, draft pours, bottles sales
· Increase value with account relationships
REQUIREMENTS
· 1–3+ years promotions/sales/hospitality experience (beer/spirit experience preferred)
· Valid driver’s license; ability to travel within market
· Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
· Able to work nights and weekends
