Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, billing, etc.) to address client needs
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Provide product/service information and guidance to clients
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
