Job Summary : The position reports to the Enrollment and Marketing Lead. Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive marketing support for all PACE Centers through the creation of digital and print materials, obtaining visual content, and assisting center-specific marketing initiatives. This role supports outreach, enrollment, and participant engagement efforts by developing newsletters, promotional materials, videos, and social media content. The team member collaborates closely with participants, caregivers, and other internal team members to gather testimonials, images, and stories that reflect the PACE mission. A strong eye for design, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential to ensure consistent branding and high-quality marketing materials across all PACE Centers.
Specifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience : At least 1 years experience working with the frail elderly population.

Licensure, Registry or Certification Required : Valid North Carolina Driver’s License & reliable vehicle
Special Training : Must be able to effectively work in a diverse team environment. Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Must be detailed orientated and proficient in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Publisher. Must be skilled in photography and videography.
Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up to date before engaging in direct participant contact

Key Responsibilities : (*denotes an age-related skill or task)
- Provide comprehensive marketing support to all PACE Centers, including both digital and print materials, to support enrollment, outreach, and engagement efforts.
- Create and design monthly and quarterly newsletters tailored to the needs of each PACE Center.
- Develop outreach and promotional materials such as flyers, signage, and handouts for events, presentations, and community outreach.
- Coordinate with team members, participants, and caregivers to collect testimonials, written content, images, and video for marketing and promotional use.
- Capture, obtain, edit, and organize high-quality images and videos for use across marketing materials, advertisements, and digital platforms.
- Create video content, including virtual tours of PACE Centers and other promotional or informational videos, as needed.
- Collaborate with center staff to gather quality photos and videos that align with branding standards for social media and digital campaigns.
- Report monthly to each Director of Community Outreach and Enrollment on the outcomes of key marketing strategies, including key performance metrics such as website analytics, social media engagement, impressions, click-through rates (CTR), direct mail response rates, and other relevant indicators
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect brand standards, attention to detail, and a consistent visual identity across all PACE Centers.
- Ensure all marketing materials and visual content adhere to organizational branding and marketing guidelines, comply with HIPAA and privacy practices, and confirm appropriate consent and releases are obtained from participants, caregivers, staff, or others depicted in photos or videos prior to use
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to improve outreach and enrollment outcomes
- Work closely with Enrollment/Outreach teams to align marketing strategies based on organizational goals
- Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and a strong eye for design while adapting to the unique needs of each center, and commit to continuous learning in marketing trends and tools to enhance effectiveness and innovation
