MUST HAVE FULL AVAILABILITY 7/22-8/25 WORKING 7 DAYS A WEEK, 10-12 HOUR DAYS.
MUST have previous experience with all day, highly physical workload.
Seeking enthusiastic trainees to become production (we move quickly) painters with a good attitude, provide great customer service, ability to grow to lead a small team, and willing to jump in and assist with our company's rapid growth. Daily work will consist of HIGHLY PHYSICAL paint rolling and paint cutting all day long. Requires crouching, bending, lifting, and continued HIGH PACED movement. Previous high physical employment favored. Must be able to learn to cut freehand, roll for hours with 18in rollers, and be able to provide exemplary customer service. Pay is based on efficiency, experience, and production. Opportunities to be a 2nd, cut crew lead, or roll crew lead at $1 an hour more as well as growing into a lead at $3-$7 an hour more.
Must have a working cell phone and reliable vehicle to get to work sites which vary daily. We almost always utilize company vehicles for out of town work but there may be a rare occasions that require your vehicle to drive out of town with team. We are doing some daily travel to Kalamazoo and Lansing. We also do further/large project travel that is not required, although more opportunity and pay lie within those positions. Please do not apply without a reliable vehicle, working cell phone, clean background, and current license.
