Our client, a highly rated insurance carrier, is seeking a UX Analyst to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who is passionate about user-centered design and creating intuitive digital experiences.
As a UX Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project leaders to understand user needs and translate requirements into effective design solutions. You'll play a key role in user research, information architecture, usability testing, and the creation of visual design concepts for web-based applications.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and define user experience goals.
- Conduct user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and research findings to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and information architecture deliverables.
- Develop visual design concepts and interface recommendations that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve usability challenges and recommend innovative solutions.
- Stay current with UX trends, usability standards, and best practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of web standards and design guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Information Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and web usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio showcasing UX, UI, web design, or related project work.
