Position Overview
The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. This role focuses on paid search, display, social media advertising, and programmatic campaigns, ensuring performance is maximized through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing digital ad spend effectively. Success will be measured by ROAS, CAC efficiency, revenue contribution, and continuous testing velocity.
Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
· Own full‑funnel media strategy, including forecasting, channel mix recommendations, and competitive analysis to ensure AMS remains a leader in the collectibles market.
· Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.
· Optimize bidding strategies, targeting, ad creatives, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
· Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
· Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
· Collaborate with creative team to ensure all advertising reflects accurate product storytelling, resonates with target audiences, and supports performance goals across channels.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
· Ensure accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager, server‑side tagging, and platform pixels.
· Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) and adjust campaigns accordingly.
· Generate and present performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Utilize Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Reddit and other ad platforms to track effectiveness.
Budget & Optimization
· Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across campaigns to generate website traffic and sales.
· Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving campaign effectiveness.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation
· Develop and refine audience targeting strategies, leveraging first-party data, retargeting, and behavioral insights.
· Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to refine strategies.
Collaboration & Compliance
· Work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
· Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies, industry regulations, and advertising restrictions related to collectibles, bullion, and financial‑adjacent products across all platforms.

Requirements
Educational Requirements
- 4-year degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, PPC, or paid social media marketing.
- Strong experience with organic social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion attribution.
- Ability to create and analyze reports, with a strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Prefer to see certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint and other · related digital marketing tools.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Data analysis and visualization experience is a plus.
- Experience with CRO tools (Microsoft Clarity) and BI platforms (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
