As our portfolio of collectibles and toys expands, the Collectibles team is in need of additional support. Our AI Savvy Junior Designer role is a great entry-level opportunity to gain experience from the ground up.
Responsibilities Include:
• Concept and sketch new toy and collectible ideas across multiple product lines (plush, vinyl figures, mystery packs, building sets, etc.)
• Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) to rapidly explore concepts and present multiple directions to the team and create turnaround drawings, renders and models.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to speed up repetitive tasks (colorways, pattern variants, style transfers)
• Creating cost sheets & tech packs
• Researching/identifying trends in worlds of toys and collectibles
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a design related field
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling software (Blender, ZBrush, Rhino, or similar)
• Active user of generative AI design tools — you use them daily, not occasionally
• Candidate must be a team player and able to manage multiple projects at a time
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
• Positive “Can Do” attitude
• Authorized to work in the US
Salary: $50K - $60K
