Personal lines insurance agency is seeking a full time CSR to join our team.
Starting pay of $21/hour -$30/hour; flexible depending on your experience and talents. Only 35 hours per week. M-F.
We are willing to train driven entry-level professionals or hire experienced professionals. This position is an ideal opportunity to develop a long-term stable career in insurance. Looking for candidates who are eager to learn, gain experience and grow their insurance knowledge.

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Account Manager:
- Must possess a Michigan Property & Casualty License
- At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must be tech savvy
- Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative/Account Manager:
- Customer claim and billing assistance.
- Answering and routing client phone calls.
- Researching client concerns and solving problems.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
