We’re currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Sales Manager to lead and grow our team of advisors.
Role Overview:
The Financial Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of financial professionals. You will play a key leadership role in driving revenue growth, supporting client-focused solutions, and building a strong team culture. This is a high-impact position suited for someone with a strong background in sales leadership within financial services and a passion for helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors and insurance professionals
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve production goals
· Provide hands-on coaching in client relationship management and solution-based selling
· Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and ensure accountability
· Promote Secure Financial Group’s values, services, and mission throughout the community
· Stay current with product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in financial services sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
· Strong understanding of insurance, retirement planning, and investment solutions
· Active Life & Health Insurance License; Series 65; 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
· Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client success and team development
