Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Design Specialist role based in Charlotte, NC. The Design Specialist will work on a variety of tasks, including creating visual designs, developing architectural solutions, collaborating with clients, and supporting project execution. The role may include conducting research, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and producing graphics and visual materials. The Design Specialist will also engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored design solutions that align with the company’s modern aesthetic.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating professional-grade graphics
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Understanding of Architecture principles and their application in design
- Research skills to analyze trends, materials, and client requirements
- Strong communication and customer interaction abilities
- Demonstrated creativity with attention to detail and design aesthetics
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in interior or spatial design is a plus
